Established in 1989 the Willows Cattery is a family run cattery situated just off the A23 10 miles north of Brighton. Easily accessible to Gatwick and the M25 link to Heathrow and central London.

 

The Willows Cattery is proud to have been given a Five Star rating by the Local Authority.

Clients are welcome to visit and inspect the premises by appointment.

 

Accommodation:        

Cats are housed in separate individually heated units. There is space between each unit so the cats can see their neighbors, but there can be no direct contact. Only cats from the same family are allowed to share. 

 

Feeding:          

A wide variety of foods are available.  Meals are regular, adult cats being fed twice daily. Kittens and older cats are fed according to their special requirements. Individual and special diets can be catered for.

 

Bedding/Toys:             

You are welcome to bring in beds/blankets/towels/scratch post/toys or anything you think will help your cat feel more “at home”. However, everything needed is provided.

 

Health & Medications:            

All cats must have a current Veterinary Certificate for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Owners will appreciate that no cat suffering or suspected to be suffering from infection or disease can be accepted.  This is essential to safeguard the health of all the cats boarding.  No un-neutered males over 7 months can be accepted.

Treatments prescribed by a Veterinary Surgeon can be continued during the cats stay but this must be DISCUSSED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL and all medications and relevant instructions be clearly given IN WRITING.

 

Travelling:       

The Cattery cannot accept cats loose or in cardboard carriers.  If you do not have a suitable carrier, one can be borrowed from the Cattery FOC.

 

Bookings:        

Bookings can be made via email or a text message. The current rates can be found on the online booking form. All arrivals and departures are strictly by appointment.

If we are unable to accept the booking, we will advise you asap. Full payment is preferred on arrival by cash or a bank transfer. Cards or cheque payments can no longer be accepted.
