BOARDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All cats must be immunized against Cat Flue & Feline Enteritis.

 

Cats will only be accepted with a current Veterinary Certificate.

 

Cats will not be accepted loose or in cardboard containers.

 

If we are unable to accept a booking, you will be advised by text message or email.

 

Except by prior arrangement refunds for early collection will not be given.

 

Daily charges are inclusive of the day of arrival and the day of departure.

 

There is a minimum charge of 4 days.  There is a one-off surcharge for Christmas/New Year – please refer to the booking form.

 

Long term bookings will be invoiced monthly.

 

All cats will be examined on arrival and the Cattery reserves the right to refuse admission if the cat is showing signs of ill health.

 

Veterinary requirements must be discussed prior to arrival.  

 

All medications must be clearly labelled, and instructions given clearly IN WRITING.

 

In the event of cat/s not being collected within 20 days of the notified date of departure and in the absence of communications from the owners or their representatives the Cattery reserves the right to dispose of the animal/s as deemed fit.

 

WHILST EVERY CARE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CAT/S THEY ARE BOARDED ENTIRELY AT THE OWNER’S RISK

 

All arrivals, collections and visits are by appointment only - Wednesdays closed.
